Online Facilities Management (OLFM) undertakes both planned and reactive maintenance nationally, along with significant project work. Our core facilities management services are aimed at the commercial, retail and hotel sectors, yet we also deliver services to industrial clients and local government departments.

As well as handling commercial, industrial and domestic electrical works (including installation, testing certification, fault finding and compliance), we are experienced in general domestic and commercial plumbing and will undertake bathroom installations, including adaptations for people with disabilities.

Other services include domestic gas works and boiler replacement, general carpentry (including works to heritage and conservation sites), building, painting and brickwork.
